Usability testing (lab based)
Usability testing allows you to understand which aspects of your product design are working, and which may need refining. A typical lab based test follows a qualitative research approach and involves users performing tasks in a controlled environment. Through observation and analysis we provide you with actionable, prioritized recommendations to improve your product. See our testing facilities.
Usability testing (on location)
A similar approach to Lab based testing, but focuses on testing products and services in their everyday situation. UXalliance consultants have tested in a wide range of environments, including: farms, hospitals, offices, homes, call centers and shopping centers.
Remote usability testing 
Particularly useful for global studies and quantitative analysis, remote usability testing allows you to easily test users across different geographical locations. Users participate from their own environment, either in a pre-arranged moderated session or an unmoderated session at a time convenient to them. The UXalliance partners have developed the tools to conduct remote usability testing.
