This global benchmark focused on the decisions made by 47 delivery apps, during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is about the changes in their services, communication, actions of empathy towards their ecosystem and -of course- how all these factors impact the user experience. The result is a detailed report that shows the trends, good practices and opportunity areas in delivery apps for food, supermarket and drugstore items around the world. This study was carried out thanks to the experience and knowledge of 13 UXalliance partner companies. It was led by Usaria, partner in Colombia and Mexico.
