Chicago (October 3, 2008)—As European market demand for usability services booms, vendors are faced with new challenges to ensure growth and quality results. The UXalliance, an international network of leading user experience firms, was mentioned by an Independent Research Firm as a leader in conducting international usability testing.

An analyst from an Independent Research Firm indicated that one of the five top business challenges faced by vendors is keeping up with market growth on an international level and providing a comprehensive global offering. The analyst suggested vendors should partner up with other key markets such as Asia and the US.

The UXalliance was noted as a leading firm in creating a global presence through partnerships based in Europe, Asia, America, and Australia. These partners allow the UXalliance to be one of the few usability vendors with a global presence.

The need for a global presence in the usability field is becoming critical to the success of vendors. To accommodate clients on a global scale and meet the design needs of local audiences input from local partners who can create a connection with the test subjects is extremely valuable.

Thomas Snitker of Snitker & Co (Denmark), an associate partner of the UXalliance taking part in the survey stated, “Local usability specialists add tremendous value to a global study when involved in research design. Local standards and conditions will help determine the outcome of the research.”

The UXalliance network is the largest international usability service with a team of over 220 user experience experts worldwide and more than 40 international testing rooms. The UXalliance has flourished since being founded in 2005, differentiating itself by selecting the leading companies in each country, and implementing standard quality policies to guarantee superior results for clients.
